Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MetaFlora (“MetaFlora”, “we”, “us”), 530 S 8th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. By using the site you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use MetaFlora.

MetaFlora is only for adults 21 and older, or the legal age where you live if that is higher. Buying or using cannabis, hemp, kratom, kava and similar products is regulated and in some places illegal. You are responsible for following the laws where you live and where you have an order shipped. Nothing on MetaFlora is an offer to sell where a sale is not allowed.

MetaFlora is a directory and marketplace. We show stores, menus, prices, hours, strains and lab results from many sources: the stores themselves, public licence lists, OpenStreetMap, Google and our community. We work to keep this accurate, but stores change their menus, prices and hours, so always confirm with the store before you visit or order.

Unless a store is marked as selling on MetaFlora, it is an independent business. Ordering through a link to its website happens on that site, under its own terms. MetaFlora may earn a commission on some of those links (affiliate links), at no extra cost to you.

Not medical advice. Information on MetaFlora, including answers from the MetaFlora assistant, is general information and not medical, legal or professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation.

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts, create accounts in bulk, or sign up for someone else.
• You can close your account at any time by writing to support@metaflora.xyz.

• Who sells to you. Each order on MetaFlora checkout is a sale by the seller shown on the product: MetaFlora itself for the MetaFlora Seed Bank and the MetaFlora Store, or an independent seller. The seller is responsible for the product, its description, fulfillment, returns and the legality of what it sells. Your payment goes directly to that seller's payment account.
• Prices, tax and shipping. Prices, sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when the seller confirms it; sellers may cancel and refund an order they can't fill or ship lawfully.
• Where we ship. Some products can't be shipped to some places. Checkout blocks destinations we know are restricted, but you must not order anything that is illegal where it is delivered.
• Age checks. Orders require proof that you are 21 or older, and the carrier may ask for ID on delivery.
• Seeds from the MetaFlora Seed Bank are sold as collectibles and for use only where cultivation is legal. You are responsible for knowing and following your local laws before you germinate them.
• MetaFlora Store merch is made to order, so we can't accept returns for size or colour. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days for a replacement.
• Other sellers' return policies are shown on their products and at checkout.

• Businesses may claim their listing, upload menus and photos, and apply to sell on MetaFlora. Selling requires approval and acceptance of our seller terms and fees, shown when you apply.
• You must only list products you may lawfully sell, hold every licence your business needs, and keep your listing accurate.
• By uploading content (menus, photos, descriptions, logos) you confirm you have the right to it and allow MetaFlora to display it on the site and in marketing for your listing.
• We may edit, hide or remove listings and products that are inaccurate, reported, unlawful or against these terms.

When you report a listing, add a store, or send us content, keep it honest and lawful. Don't post anything false, defamatory, hateful, private about others, or that infringes someone else's rights. Reviews shown from Google belong to their authors and are shown under Google's terms.

• Community XP rewards activity such as saving stores, adding missing stores, reporting listings we remove and referring friends. XP has no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.
• $FLORA rewards are tokens on FloraChain. They are a loyalty reward, not an investment, have no guaranteed value, and can be limited, changed or ended. Claiming them needs a wallet you control; you are responsible for your wallet and keys, and blockchain transfers can't be reversed.
• Referrals earn XP when a friend joins with your link and confirms their email, and on their paid orders. Referring yourself, fake accounts or paid sign-ups are not allowed; we may remove XP or rewards earned that way.

• Break the law, or use MetaFlora to buy, sell or ship anything illegal where you or the recipient are.
• Scrape, copy or resell our listings and data in bulk, or overload the site with automated requests.
• Try to get around age checks, security, ship-to restrictions or limits on rewards.
• Pretend to be someone else, or claim a business you don't own or represent.
• Upload malware, or interfere with the site or other people's use of it.

The MetaFlora name, logos, design and software belong to MetaFlora. Store information and photos belong to their owners. You may use the site for your own personal use; anything else needs our written permission.

MetaFlora is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that listings, menus, prices, hours, lab results or availability are complete, current or accurate, or that the site will always be available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, MetaFlora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the acts of independent stores and sellers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid MetaFlora in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to cover MetaFlora's reasonable costs from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

We may suspend or close accounts, listings or seller access that break these terms or the law. You can stop using MetaFlora at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment obligations, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after that.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any claim, contact us at support@metaflora.xyz so we can try to resolve it. Disputes not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
